Robert Church – President and Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Church co-founded Aria Solutions in 1996 along with his business partner Noel Roberts. He has over 20 years experience in the customer interaction management space including roles in management, technical, project management and sales.
Mr. Church holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
Noel Roberts – Vice President, Client Development and Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Roberts co-founded Aria Solutions in 1996 along with his business partner Robert Church. Prior to Aria he founded Synapse, a software development company, in 1992. At Synapse Mr. Roberts provided senior software development expertise to Nortel Networks in telecom peripheral equipment and TTS Meridian Systems in computer telephony systems.
Mr. Roberts holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
Jamie Coutts – Vice President, Customer Relationships and Marketing
Mr. Coutts joined Aria Solutions in 2002. From 1986 to 2001 he was Vice President, Sales and Marketing, and co-founder of Synamics Inc., an interactive voice response and audio conferencing software and services company.
Prior to Synamics Mr. Coutts worked with Star Software as Director of Sales, a software and services company that provided automation solutions to large printing firms. From 1979 to 1985 he held various positions with IBM Canada including software developer, sales engineer, major account sales representative and AS/400 product manager.
Mr. Coutts holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Michael Rowland – Vice President, Product Development
Mr. Rowland joined Aria Solutions in 2001 and has successfully headed up the development of Aria’s industry leading software products. From 1996 to 2001 he held senior positions within TELUS, a major Canadian telecommunications carrier, in the data and managed services divisions supporting the growth of that area and product/services development.
Prior to TELUS Mr. Rowland worked with EDS Services and lead the development and support of their help desk and network management outsourcing applications. He also has experience in the oil and gas industry where he project managed large IT projects.
Mr. Rowland holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in Management Information Systems.
